Questions we get
Why no reminder before the film warranty ends?
Because customers rush in to claim before it ends and the shop pays for film and labour. We invite them back only after the warranty is over, which is a new full-price sale.
Do customers need LINE or an app?
No. SMS reaches every number, including basic phones, and shows your shop name as the sender.
Is it hard for front-desk staff?
It works on a phone. Book by phone number, then tap arrived, no-show or done. The messages go out on their own.
Can a shop with several branches use it?
Yes. Shop plans cover up to 3 branches; beyond that there is one flat chain price, never a fee per branch.
