Patient reminders for dental clinicsSMS reminders for dental clinics Patients show up and come back on time
Book the appointment once. The system reminds patients a day before and 2 hours before, follows up when someone misses, and texts them when the recall the dentist set is due. Patients see the clinic name, and the text never says what the treatment was.
From 390 THB a month, VAT and plan SMS included. We set it up for you.

What clinics deal with every day
Missed appointments, empty chairs
The dentist and assistant wait for nothing. Reminders go out at 18:00 the day before and 2 hours before, with the clinic number to reschedule. Patients who missed before get an extra one 3 days ahead.
Patients never come back for check-ups
You tell them "see you in 6 months" and nobody follows up. The system texts them when the recall is due and once more 30 days later if they still have not booked. Booking stops it.
Braces patients drift away
Months without an adjustment drag treatment out. The system lists patients who have not been in for 8 weeks and have nothing booked, so the team can call or text.
What the system sends for clinics
Every text is neutral and never names a treatment, because it shows on the lock screen. No discounts, no links, one SMS each.

Left out on purpose
- Treatment names (messages show on the lock screen)
- Discounts, giveaways and "free" (Thai medical advertising law)
- Links of any kind (NBTC anti-scam rules)
When a customer says no to offers, tick it once and the system stops sending them promotions.
What it does
An appointment book that sends texts
Book with the patient’s phone number and the system finds returning patients. Tap arrived, no-show or done and it handles the rest.
Recalls the dentist sets
Pick the visit type (check-up and cleaning, treatment, braces, prosthetics, cosmetic). The recall defaults to 6 months, or 4 weeks for braces, and can be set from 6 weeks to a year, or switched off.
The least health data possible
Only a broad visit type and the recall interval are kept. No symptoms, no tooth charts, and no treatment details in any text, in line with PDPA rules on health data.
Works alongside your clinic software
Records, billing and x-rays stay where they are. This handles reminders and follow-ups that reach every phone. Patient lists can be imported from Excel.
Who to follow up
Overdue for a check-up, braces patients missing adjustments, not seen for 18 months, and missed appointments, listed automatically. Anyone already booked is left out.
Advertising filter
Texts the clinic writes are checked before sending. Discounts, "free", giveaways and price cuts are blocked, as Thai medical advertising rules require.
Questions we get
Does the text say what the patient is being treated for?
No. Every reminder and recall is neutral, such as "your regular dental check-up is due" or "it is time for your next visit", because SMS shows on the lock screen where others can see it.
Do we have to stop using our clinic software?
No. Records and billing stay in your current software. This is for booking and texting. Patients do not need LINE or an app, and SMS reaches every phone.
Can we send a scaling discount?
No. Thai law requires medical facility ads to be approved first and bans discounts and giveaways, so clinics get no discount texts and those words are blocked. Check-up recalls are fine.
What if a patient does not want news from the clinic?
Tick "patient does not want news from the clinic" once and no news is sent again. Appointment reminders still go out.
Will a patient who already booked still get a recall?
No. Booking cancels the waiting recall, and the system checks again just before sending.
