SMS beyond the plan cost 0.60 THB each including VAT, so on SMS alone the smallest plan is always cheapest; what the bigger plans add is our team's work. A Thai message of up to 70 characters counts as one SMS.
Shops with more than 3 branches use the flat chain prices above, with no SMS included; SMS cost 0.50 THB + VAT each.

Pricing questions
Do prices include VAT?
Shop plans of 390, 490 and 690 THB include VAT. Chain prices and bulk SMS prices are before VAT.
Do unused SMS carry over?
No. Included SMS reset to the full amount at the start of each month. Credits you buy do not expire with the month.
What if I send more than my plan?
Included SMS are used first, then bought credits at 0.60 THB per SMS including VAT. The back office always shows how many you can still send.
Is there a setup fee?
A one-off 2,000–3,500 THB including VAT, depending on how much data we import and set up.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes: use 12 months, pay for 10.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Tell us and it takes effect right away; SMS already used that month count toward the new plan.
Can I cancel?
Any time. We announce price changes at least 30 days ahead.
